“The stored opened it's doors conveniently before its posted business hour and already had customers patiently waiting to get inside. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and service was quick. The store had a wide variety to choose from and prices were very reasonable and in some product instances were cheaper than ive seen elsewhere in town.”

All the employees are gentlemen and are very professional, good customer service I was short a few dollars they told me I can pay next time. “You shops great no complaints good people good customer service only complain I have is this a third time in a row I've called before you're posted close time which is 8:30 Friday night and another two times it was Saturday night and Saturday night and we drive all the way from Homeland and you guys are closed. The second time I went there and you got the clothes I called prior took a chance because the time on the MapQuest on the information says you guys close at 8:30 on Friday nights and you guys are close to 8:00 now I'm trying to call 7:50 and you guys don't answer the phone try to adjust your time or state you guys posted close time.”

“Open till 10pm . Everyday of the week. Monday thru Sunday. Neon Green sign that says LIQUOR, but they don't sale liquor, but they are owned by the liquor store that does in the same plaza located on the exact opposite side. Located at the crossing of Heacock and Alessandro, opposite the street side that has Dairy Queen. The evening staff is cool. The last 10 min before closing are always the most busy. They open earlier than most other head shops. Like 8 or 9am. And always close late at 10pm .”

Update September 17, 2025: What happened? Haven't been in a couple of months and my recent visits were bad enough I'm not sure I will ever return. What happened to the cool people that worked there? Now its attitude insulting behavior and not good for business. Just don't forget there are plenty of smoke shops that have the exact stuff you sell, so it really comes down to the employees personality. Its always good to hear from employees that the owner is rarely there and their lazy. Maybe all the chains around the employees neck makes them feel like a king. lol Best of luck.”

The bowl hole isn't too big either, I clean it twice a day (it's being used frequently), I love it, hits great! I'm going back for another, they have many unique pieces too.”

“I came in and purchased a product that I was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, once I got home, I learned that the device needed to used w/ an attachment. I called and asked if I could trade it for another device that didn’t require an attachment and was told by the employee and assured them that I had not used the device and all of the packaging was intact. In return, they informed me that the store does not usually do refunds or exchanges, but I could come in the morning, once the owner was there, to see if he/ she could help me.
I returned to the location, first thing the following morning and was told by a very kind employee (Nioma?) that the owner was not in , but when I explained my issue to her, she graciously offered me her own attachment and said she had another one at home that she could use. I was so impressed by her generosity and thoughtfulness and figured I would let everyone know that there are still kind people out here, who work in customer service positions. Thank you Nioma! My device works perfect and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for being willing to resolve a customer’s issue at your own personal expense.”
