“On our way home with our horse, our horse trailer had a flat tire. We pulled over and called Roadsidd assistance. We waited for three hours and they still hadn’t showed. Someone drove by and told us she went into Sonora Tire shop and told them we were stuck on the side of the road with a horse. The owner of Sonora tire shop was at our trailer within two minutes and had our tire swapped out within five minutes. I’ve been needing new tires for my trailer so we followed him right back to his shop and put new tires on. I am blown away by the customer service and the fact that he came out of his way to help us. Sonora tire has a new customer for life. I will drive from two towns over to come to this place and recommend them to everyone.”
“Friendly, thorough service! I needed a leaky tire patched where an old plug had failed. The gentleman was very careful with my custom rim; thoroughly inspected the entire tire for leaks (instead of just taking my word for it); and checked for more leaks after completing his patch and re-installing the tire on the rim (shops don't check again because it will cost too much time to remove the rim a second time). He was very friendly and didn't try to rush through the process. I will be back!”
