So far I've been enjoying my time at this apartment building. It's clean and well maintained, they have fun events, it's in a safer part of oakland, and the property management is great too, especially Desmond who is always very responsive.

Toured aqua via and was greatly impressed! Units are much larger than expected and the location is convenient for me to get to work. The building is right next to the train but I grew up living around bart so I I’ll be fine. I met Desmond, Sydney, and Bryant! They were all welcoming and answered all my questions!
