I’m new to the area and to Channel House. So far things are going good. A few hiccups that are expected as a new tenant, but overall a great place so far. I’ll come back and update. ☺️

I’m moving but I want to recognize Dave and Cornelius at the front desk, who have made my experience here significantly better. In a building with high staff turnover, they have been a consistent, professional, and reassuring presence, and they are a real asset to the property.
