Mr. Gomes, his two children, plus the staff are always fair and efficient. They are honest and they are thorough. I completely trust any decisions or suggestions they make about my old Dodge caravan. They keep it running efficiently. Furthermore, both of my friends, Bruce and Ralph, part of the disabled community, come all the way from Berkeley to make sure that their specialized vehicles are well attended to. A recent friend from out of town had to have work done on her vent system on her 96 Toyota. Sandra gave a quote for the fix, and honored that amount, even though it took an additional four hours of time to finally get it repaired. That is a mark of honesty and holding good to one’s word.
