“Good store, well-stocked, but this time it wasn't helpful. They told me the wiper blades replacement I needed required a full arm assembly (at least the computer told them so). Well, it didn't, because I bought the replacement elsewhere and fixed it myself in 30 seconds.”

“Basically, I like shopping for my car needs at O'Reilly's. Their prices are a little cheaper than other car parts store. I found 1 item I was looking for. The other item I needed they didn't have, even though online it said the specific location I had went to had it. So I called another O'Reilly's close by and they had just a few of the item that I needed. So he put it on hold for me.”
“My car battery died and I decided to call O'Reily Auto Parts on San Pablo Ave today. Joseph answered the phone on the second ring and I was so excited. I asked if he had the battery for my 2011 Camry, and he went and checked and he did. He quoted me 2 options over the phone....one at for a 2 yr warranty, and the other a little bit more expensive for a 3 yr warranty. Joseph did not pressure me to purchase the most expensive one. Seeing that it was only $20 more I opted for this instead. Overall a very good experience shopping at this store. I'm taking off 1 star from my rating as I'm not sure if they would have replaced the old battery with the new one for a fee or complementary. Anyways my husband was with me and had all the necessary tools to take out the old battery and replaced it with the new one. I would also like to add that this store is very clean and well organized, and staff is very welcoming. I highly recommend this store for your auto supplies needs.”
