Great location and love the monthly community events that help us get to know our neighbors! Crystal in the leasing office is such a helpful and friendly person and the front desk staff are really wonderful and helpful.

The best part of this location is the night security/front desk guard Will. He is always welcoming and super helpful. Without Will, this would just be another apartment. Keep it up Will!!!!

I came to Channel House looking for a new home and Isaiah was amazing. He was patient and willing to take a lot of time to find out what I needed in a home. I wasn't sure myself but after touring with him I had a clear perspective of my desires. I highly recommend him!!!!
