The folks are so nice but the eaits are Ridiculous. And this is not due to long lines. Everytime I rent from there I wait for over 20 minutes to 45 minutes when there is only 1 or 2 people in line in front of me. I rent cars all the time and this spot is consistently the slowest location I have ever rented from.

We reserved a compact car online, and they didnt actually have any, and apparently rarely do. Vanessa, our staff person was very helpful, and got us a slightly larger car for the same price. Would highly recommend calling to make sure the car you reserve is actually available.
