“I haven’t felt a warm vibe in every shop on Piedmont and vintage stores can be kind of snobby sometimes but I’m happy to say that that frigidaire environment has NOT been my experience at Sunshine Prophecy. The vibe is super warm and inviting; There is ALWAYS good music playing; The employees there are always very patient with any of my (often MANY haha) questions; — AND I’ve never felt pressure to buy anything if I wasn’t ready. — That is especially important to me bc in order to budget I purposely do LONG leads on items I’m interested in. I might stop in once or twice and ask questions/do price checks before I finally treat myself and they always treat me like a paid customer. Clothes, jewelry, purses are cute. LOVE their witchy candles, herbs, and TAROT CARDS. It seems like the owner of this store had more of a “creative calling ” then just a bottom line in starting this business.”

“I called in asking questing about watch repair, and this was on a Sat afternoon around 3, and it was a nice woman answered the phone, she was very nice and spoke better english than me, lol i was surprised but also happy ,she ask me how many watches I had for repair , and i said about 4 to 5, and she said ok bring them in , so i asked her how long TO REPAIR THEM she said about 10 mins, so I said ok,when I got there it was Security sitting outside in the door way, so I felt very secured and we spoke and i walked passed him, and in side was 3 women working on things, I told one of the woman , that I just called about repairing 4 to 5 watches, she said that was me, Diane i said nice to meet you , not only did she have a nice voice but pretty as well ,so i was pretty excited to get any thing fixed lol, but i try staying focus ,lol so I didnt have 4 to 5 watches for repair i had 10 , and she said we can have them ready by firsy thing tomorrow, and I was happy with that because that ment i get to see Diane other DAY, lol I said thats perfect ,the price of each watch repair or battery varies because of the type of watch, all 10 of my watches were ready the next day ,now remember the very next day was Sunday ,and yes there open on sunday allday, lol , DIANA THE OWNER RUNS A VERY PROFESSIONAL CLEAN LEGITIMATE BUSINESS THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELL FRESH, DIANE IS VERY SWEET AND I GOT TO SAY I KIND FELL FOR DIANE ,LOL SHE A SWEET HEART, THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE, BT AKA KOBE BRYANT.”

I am a maker from abroad and was struggling to find a quality supplier in the US, until I found Otto Frei, my absolute favourite discovery because the customer service is outstanding and leagues above all other jewelry supply companies here, who just leave you with a website and very little expert (and friendly) help. I spent days comparing items from different websites and trying to figure things out by myself and after speaking to Hosanna from Otto Frei, I feel so relieved to find a store that helps you out with the expensive and time consuming decisions a jeweler makes.
This kind of store is EXACTLY where knowledgable and friendly help goes such a long way. I felt like I was shopping in an actual store with a friendly team member who knew jewelry making, ready to help me. The competitor jewelry supply companies seem to run on a website-warehouse system where the team member is knowledable about shipping and warranties rather than knowing their way around the studio and helping customers with their niche questions to find the best solution for their problem. I was stuck for so long trying to figure things out by myself with those kind of online shops and Hosanna was an absolute angel helping me with tips for tools and studio equipment on the phone as we navigated the website. I want to commend this company in its standards for hiring, of such competent, knowledgeable and helpful team- I have marked this company to be my one stop resource for my studio. I am also emptying carts from other shops and buying from here as the customer service is just a relief here. Thank you”
