“I recently visited the UPS Store for shipping and scanning services, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Avril and Jason were the staff members who assisted me, and they were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Despite the store being quite busy, Avril efficiently completed my large order without compromising on quality. I requested a large number of pages to be scanned and sent to my email, and it was done so quickly and accurately.
The shipping process was smooth and hassle-free. Avril and Jason handled everything with ease and a smile. The store was well-organized, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.

“Absolutely amazing customer service I received today from Jason! I was in a panic because I had come from the other copy place a few doors down next to the nail shop, and they told me they no longer allow printing from their computers, or computer usage at all, and told me I would need to send my sensitive documents through their emails(which I did not feel right about doing) I had been going there my whole life, but was treated like a step child, lol! I really needed these documents by 4:30 and I'm so glad I stepped out and tried something else! From now on I will be going to Copy Plus where the customer service is great, and the customer service rep enjoys what he does, and is kind to the customers. Today, I was treated like I mattered, Jason went out of his way to assist me, and I received service with a smile. I would definitely recommend coming here, and supporting this business!”

“I've been using the same printer for the last 10 years, only to find they closed shop in 2022. Panic set in as I now had to find a replacement. After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I didn't have to explain what I needed and actually learned I could design my project a lot simpler than I have been. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. I used them to run a courtesy copy of a court filing in color (so that the electronic highlighting came through) and hand-deliver it to the Alameda County Superior Court and they handled it within three hours. “If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“Tiffany, the lady who works there, was incredibly knowledgeable, responsible, and truly passionate about her job. Even before I asked for help, she kindly stepped in and took care of everything for me—just because she noticed I seemed unfamiliar with the process. She printed out documents, explained what I needed to do, and gently walked me through every step. In fact, while teaching me, she did most of the work herself.
I truly hope that life always gives her the very best, as effortlessly as she gave her kindness and care to me. She’s a rare and beautiful soul who makes the world a better place just by being in it. I only wish I could do something big in return to show my appreciation.”

“I came here to have them print a full color booklet for a family member's wedding. Badar was very helpful and patient. He gave me time to review my proofs and suggested I take a second look at a page where the font was very small. The final booklets were beautiful!”

“This is my neighborhood everything: notary, receiving PO Box and parcel service, and sending prepaid shipments via all carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I'm absolutely willing to wait here, because compared to Piedmont Systems, the official post office a few blocks down is a circus. I've even bought a few cute masks and greeting cards from local artists that Ann has displayed on the counter.Not only do I feel better supporting a local business, but I've felt more safe here during the pandemic despite the small space thanks to the responsible mask use here and the limits on customers waiting inside and outside.
