“Easy booking online, pickup location easy to find. Cargo van was washed, swept out, a newer model, gased up and ready to go. Onsite customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, more than happy to help. All made my local furniture pickup and transport easy to accomplish within a short window of time. No delays! I'll use U-Haul at this location again!

“The staff was friendly and helpful when I dropped off. They answered all my questions and were communicating well with me prior to drop off. However after leaving I received a receipt charging me of not filling the tank back up. That was frustrating because I had just left the gas station and had my gas receipt. I called and made a complaint and no one contacted me so I was really upset, however I later received a new receipt in my email fixing the issue so at least they made right on the issue. Overall positive customer service experience.”
“I had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. He had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived, he was ready for me even a little early! That was really appreciated since it was raining and I knew traffic would be bad. The van was nice--very clean, and it was a hybrid so used only a little gas. Since it's a newer vehicle it was fun to drive. The only slight downside is I should have clarified before leaving where to park the vehicle at the end of my rental. The location doesn't have a parking lot, and it's on a busy corner, so I should have asked before my rental where to park when returning. But other than that it was a perfect experience!”
“I rent to drive for Uber, and I live in San Jose. To make a long story short, I travel from San Jose to pick up my rental all the way to this location on 98th, who are moving to a new location on San Leandro on Washington ave , Only because this two wonderful people make my trip worthy, they are excellent, Costumer service, friendly, helpful on what they can, I been renting now for about one year, and I'm following them to there new location, I feel like a family member I'm truly happy with them I highly reccomemd them!!!”

“It is a great local carniceria for West Oakland with all the normal choices of meats. Prices are usually fair, but everything these days are on the rise. The quality of meat is good and service behind the counters is friendly. A clean store where you can buy all the staples of a grocery store. They also have a money sending service and a Uhaul business. It's definitely worth shopping small and local at this place.”
