“Customer service was impeccable both at the time of pick up and drop off.
I didn't get the truck I originally specified however enterprise made it right by waiving the daily towing fee and giving me the premier model which was very spacious and comfortable.
Jude my drop off associate was very polite and professional and made my experience with enterprise exceptional.
Much thanks to everyone at the Charter Oak Ave San Francisco location.

“This company is under new ownership and is outstanding. The vehicle I rented from this company was stolen the day I dropped it off. The company did a very good job in helping me become a whole person again from the parking citation I received from whoever stole the vehicle. It is very common for vehicles to get stolen in San Francisco, and car thieves go after Uhaul's for some odd reason. If it happens to you, this company will do a good job in resolving the matter. Not only do car thieves go after Uhaul vehicles, they also ciphon off their gas. The new ownership at this store is doing its job to combat the crime in the city, and I highly recommend renting a Uhaul from this store. They will help you. Their customer service is fantastic. Remind you, they are under new ownership, and the new owner is doing an amazing job to help keep our city safe and crime free.”

“I recently picked up a moving truck from this facility and had a great experience. Jen helped me with my rental and was great! There were a few discrepancies with my reservation for the truck since I was doing a one way Load Share. She was able to solve all of the problems pretty quickly. She apologized along the way for the wait but I thought the whole transaction was seamless even when there were snafus. I'm grateful for her help with everything, she gave me a lot of useful information, and was clear with all of her directions.”
“Moving is a nightmare. Even if you think you're prepared for it, when you're in it, it's still more time consuming, frustrating and exhausting than expected. With that said, people make a difference. Debbie, Wendy and an enthusiastic gentleman in training were patient, accommodating and just nice, which was great to experience during such a stressful time. I visited this location versus the other locations probably 6-7 times within a 3-4 day period to make purchases and do returns and they were consistent with their customer service, which was appreciated. I also had a situation where I purchased moving supplies online at a different location and was not refunded properly. They took the time to provide me with the correct refund amount.”

I looked at every location within SF before picking here since they're on relatively remote island. (I left my belongings in storage between a SF to NYC move).
