“Andrew's been a great help from this location. Service is great, polite and speedy. Uhaul app handles most of the onboarding and offboarding and I've found them to be pretty straightforward in explaining things and reasonable on returns. Worked with them 2x before with moving things, and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Overall, just pleasant people. Some homeless people are by the area so if you don't take pictures after you drop off the truck (which the app encourages you to do) you could be held liable for damages. Which I imagine is what happened in some of the negative cases in the reviews below!”

“Both of the workers were really helpful and friendly. There are a lot of bad reviews on Google, however, I think this location is misunderstood. I wonder how many customers make a last minute reservation and then find out that their truck is not available. They then write a bad review, when in reality it’s their own fault for not reserving earlier. Don’t take your own irresponsibility on workers when they are not able to magically have equipment appear due to bad planning.”

“This company is under new ownership and is outstanding. The vehicle I rented from this company was stolen the day I dropped it off. The company did a very good job in helping me become a whole person again from the parking citation I received from whoever stole the vehicle. It is very common for vehicles to get stolen in San Francisco, and car thieves go after Uhaul's for some odd reason. If it happens to you, this company will do a good job in resolving the matter. Not only do car thieves go after Uhaul vehicles, they also ciphon off their gas. The new ownership at this store is doing its job to combat the crime in the city, and I highly recommend renting a Uhaul from this store. They will help you. Their customer service is fantastic. Remind you, they are under new ownership, and the new owner is doing an amazing job to help keep our city safe and crime free.”

“Going to a U-Haul on a weekend is crazy. But this particular location on Bayshore in San Francisco was a good experience. All of the workers there were so patient even though they were so busy. I especially need to give a shout out to Michael in the equipment yard who was running all over the place and yet still so helpful to us. Come with a lot of patience, but be assured they will get what you need. Highly recommend.”

“Moving is a nightmare. Even if you think you're prepared for it, when you're in it, it's still more time consuming, frustrating and exhausting than expected. With that said, people make a difference. Debbie, Wendy and an enthusiastic gentleman in training were patient, accommodating and just nice, which was great to experience during such a stressful time. I visited this location versus the other locations probably 6-7 times within a 3-4 day period to make purchases and do returns and they were consistent with their customer service, which was appreciated. I also had a situation where I purchased moving supplies online at a different location and was not refunded properly. They took the time to provide me with the correct refund amount.”
