“These guys are awesome! They're locally owned, super friendly and this is the best option in San Francisco for the best, fair price, safety and proximity. I looked at every location within SF before picking here since they're on relatively remote island. (I left my belongings in storage between a SF to NYC move). They're transparent about pricing and are overall good, friendly people. Happy to support local! :)”

“I recently picked up a moving truck from this facility and had a great experience. Jen helped me with my rental and was great! There were a few discrepancies with my reservation for the truck since I was doing a one way Load Share. She was able to solve all of the problems pretty quickly. She apologized along the way for the wait but I thought the whole transaction was seamless even when there were snafus. I'm grateful for her help with everything, she gave me a lot of useful information, and was clear with all of her directions.”

“Called this location to get more information on booking a gooseneck-capable truck since the booking platform leaves some details out. Kage (I believe was his name) was incredibly kind, helpful, courteous and gave us some great tips. Jan-Mar has flexibility around one-way rentals, but most of the rest of the year you have to return the truck to the same location - or anywhere in the Bay plus an additional return fee. Best bet for towing gooseneck or fifth wheels would be a 1-ton truck (not the flatbed F550 on the website) and calling in after making your reservation to make sure that you get assigned to a truck that has the puck system already from the factory. All-in-all we will make sure to give our business to this location specifically and that's all thanks to Kage and the pleasant phone interactions we've had with them. Thanks again.”
