Great place to drop off packages, and the folks there are friendly. Ring the bell and leave your package on the desk, someone will take care of it.

Don’t expect anyone to come up to the front desk to accept a package for drop off. Been waiting at the front for over 30 minutes as I type this and leaving without seeing anyone.
