“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”

“I have been using Jack London Mail services now for at least two years. These amazing people pick up auction items that I buy in Alameda, and they either ship them to me or store them for me until I can come and pick them up. They are the best shippers I have ever used...nothing is ever damaged when it arrives, and they are incredibly affordable for the services they offer. I'm buying fragile antiques, and they get them across the state completely undamaged. If you need anything shipped from the Oakland/Alameda area don't hesitate to call them....they will help you and you will be glad you called.”

“Handle With Care are amazing!! I needed to find a way to ship an rare and expensive instrument from Oakland to Upstate NY. The seller was only interested in local pickup. I did not want to miss out on the chance to purchase an instrument that I have spent 20 years searching for. In came Handle With Care to the rescue! I was able to work with them to pick up, professionally pack, and ship the instrument. It arrived safely and I could not be more pleased. Alex, Darren, and everyone at Handle With Care are wonderful!!”

“I don’t typically mail or ship anything. In fact, I don’t even think I ever actually mailed a single thing in my life. Because of that, I felt like a toddler staring at the shelves of my local UPS store as today was the day I was dreading my entire life: sending a package. It was Mari who snapped me out of my trance and offered me the help that I needed. She was calming and super knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I needed a walkthrough with sending something through the mail. Mari made sure I picked the most affordable and best choice in packaging and she didn’t make me feel like a little kid as she guided me through what to write and where on the package (name, address). The quality service was impeccable and professional, to say the least. I recommend Mari to anyone in need of incredible service. Let’s give this girl a raise.”

They are always very helpful and I love that they have a little mini shop there so if I forget to grab anything I can just purchase from their supply . Family in Vietnam says they have always received the packages in a timely fashion. 5 stars service .”

“Helpful owner who is conscientious and knows what kind of package contents will cause problems if you ship them. For example I could ship cookies but not candy to my son overseas. I've used them for fax, copies, shipping and notary.”

“Follow the route guide on previous posts. The streets are tight, have to button hook the right onto Hamilton. I have seen worse, this wasn’t bad. Drive through a residential so be careful. The gate you turn into will automatically open. I came through with a 53’ spilt axel and sleeper and didn’t have any issues.
Once you turn in, turn left in the warehouse and park at the slanted spots. Check in door is right across from the spots. I checked in and untarped and unchained. They were quick, came up to me and said once I unsecured they could unload me. In and out quick. My appointment time was at 3:30pm. I showed up at 9:30am and was out at 11:15am. Good stuff”
“I have been shipping goods to VN since 2019. It's just taking long to wait when I stop by a busy time, otherwise the team are very nice. They are young and friendly. The boss is even more professional. Compared to other cargos, I feel like I got the best rate here. Specially the rate for sending money, after the Covid time, some other cargo has increased the the cost but VN cargo is still keep the same rate (1% /$100 if send to Sai Gon, and 1.5% /$100 if send to other city in VN). I would like to recommend this cargo service to everyone I know and whoever that convenient with this location.”
