“Excellent. Handle everything with attention to detail, easy to deal with. I have rented mail-boxes from many companies in many different places, and this is by far the best. My mail always ends up in my box and not someone else's--sounds like a low bar, but that has never been true of any other place. If I don't pick up my mail for months, it's held for me, no problem. Or forwarded if i request. Reasonable rates (relatively). Highly recommend.”

“I have been shipping goods to VN since 2019. It's just taking long to wait when I stop by a busy time, otherwise the team are very nice. They are young and friendly. The boss is even more professional. Compared to other cargos, I feel like I got the best rate here. Specially the rate for sending money, after the Covid time, some other cargo has increased the the cost but VN cargo is still keep the same rate (1% /$100 if send to Sai Gon, and 1.5% /$100 if send to other city in VN). I would like to recommend this cargo service to everyone I know and whoever that convenient with this location.”

“Was confused looking for a FedEx sign but the store is actually called Packaging Store. The inside is very unassuming. Told them I needed to send a package through FedEx and the process included filling out a small shipping form of their own. Reasonably priced, receipt with tracking sent through email which was very convenient. The person helping me was very courteous with me and all other customers while I was there.”

“Went to the post office to ship a package and mail some letters. I arrived a little after 11:30 and the line was out the door. It took about 15 minutes before I was served. Maybe 10-10:30 is the golden hour. It would be nice if there was a dedicated parking lot, but I have a feeling the majority of patrons are walk-ups. I appreciate their constant cleanliness, knowledgeable employees, and their constant stock of domestic and international stamps.”
