“Came here for the fingerprinting service after being told by USPS Noe Valley location that their machine was broken. The man who helped me was knowledgeable and got me in and out in 5 mins.”

“Ramon rocks and is the glue that holds this post office together. Not sure what we'll all do when he retires. But, I wish him the best of luck when he does and thank him for all of his helpful service over the years.”

“The lines are always a little bit long, but the center is always stocked with all the supplies I need. The employees are cool. I don't know why people are saying they are rude. The customers are usually giving them a hard time and they try really hard not to be rude back. Service jobs are tough. Parking sucks, though. I agree with that statement.”

“My experience was so pleasant and the employees were just so kind, helpful, and professional. The lady that helped me was named Maria she was great she was very professional and thorough about her job and made sure that I got my needs met in the most kindest way so thank you Maria for everything and making my day a lot more pleasant. To whom it may concern that lady deserves a raise or maybe a Thanksgiving bonus to show her how much she is appreciated....”

“I love this post office. The sistah that works in the far corner is so incredibly helpful and proficient at her job. She is so on it, that I usually leave feeling better than I walked in because she makes the experience so pleasant and clear. If it weren't for parking I would use this post office exclusively. I will say that the USPS should update the equipment. Some of the machines seem like they haven't been updated since before Regan was president.”

“Went to the post office to ship a package and mail some letters. I arrived a little after 11:30 and the line was out the door. It took about 15 minutes before I was served. Maybe 10-10:30 is the golden hour. It would be nice if there was a dedicated parking lot, but I have a feeling the majority of patrons are walk-ups. I appreciate their constant cleanliness, knowledgeable employees, and their constant stock of domestic and international stamps.”

“Ms. Trina Blessings is so kind and understanding! She kept the line moving but still spoke to each customer with patience and a smile. Literally the best post office experience of my life.”

“Had Issues with a clerk that was very rude and ignorant, luckily the manager resolved the issue. It was totally embarrassing to have issues and be talked to in a demeaning way, but was beautiful to be consoled by the staff and was apologized to. Some of the staff needs cultural sensitivity training....”

“It’s not a bad post office. The lines can be long, but this seems mostly due to how understaffed this location is (which I’m sure isn’t something that employees have any say in). The workers are for the most part patient and helpful. It’s not a five star place mainly because it doesn’t have a self service machine — what’s up with that? It really needs one of those huge things that let you weigh and ship your own packages that you see at other post offices, and a clearly marked drop-off point for mail so people don’t have to stand in line. There doesn’t seem to be much investment in this office from whoever the USPS higher-ups are.”

“I went there to get my Son's passport had appointment at 1:15pm Surprisingly it's was fast easy I was out of there like in 20 minutes. If possible try to have all documents filled out, make process quicker. Don't forget you're check book.”

“I give this post office 3 stars because they are less than average in niceness, the floors are not very clean because the janitors are lazy and make zero efforts to pick up the trash that patrons leave on the floor when discarding their open envelopes that they stand around opening the bills. The bills seem to get taken without questioning why theyr aren't suppose to litter the floors with the envelopes. maybe the patrons are slobs in their own homes. who knows?”

“I haven't been to a post office for years. Lots of people still come here. We've been waiting for an appointment to obtain passports as you must have an appointment! The rest of the operation seems pretty good because it he line keeps moving! It's kind of amazing the post office is. There are a lot of options to send just about anything anywhere. Happy to be here for this and thanks to all the worker here doing a great job!”

“This post office is located on MacArthur Boulevard down the street from where I live. They normally have two to three workers at one time and I haven't had too many problems coming here to buy money orders and stamps. Lunch is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. so normally there's one person working at this time.”
