Fortunately, the man who assisted me at this location was incredibly helpful and made every effort to prepare my fingers for a good reading. A stressful experience turned into no big deal. I also live across the street from this location and likely have my mail delivered though then to which I too tip my hat. I've done thousands of dollars in business through this location, always with quick service and smiling help. 5 stars!”
“I love this post office. The sistah that works in the far corner is so incredibly helpful and proficient at her job. She is so on it, that I usually leave feeling better than I walked in because she makes the experience so pleasant and clear. If it weren't for parking I would use this post office exclusively. I will say that the USPS should update the equipment. Some of the machines seem like they haven't been updated since before Regan was president.”

“This is long overdue. I have been going to this USPS for almost 7 years. I have only encountered courteous, patient staff. They keep their cool when there’s a flood of traffic. I never had lost package experience here.”
“I went at 4:15 on a Wednesday. Parking was a piece of cake (metered). Clean, nice low lighting, line was quick and best of all Eva was probably the most wonderful agent I have ever encountered at a usps ! I always dread going to any usps bc somehow they’re always a little mean and grumpy but Eva was super sweet, helpful, and there’s just something about her that’ll brighten your day.”
“There was a queue, but the lady behind the counter was courteous, friendly, patient, yet very efficient.
It was such a joy to watch her work, I didn't mind rejoining the queue when I was done putting my packages together.
If every business had a Kwana (I hope I spelled her name right?), this world would be a much better place!”

“Had Issues with a clerk that was very rude and ignorant, luckily the manager resolved the issue. It was totally embarrassing to have issues and be talked to in a demeaning way, but was beautiful to be consoled by the staff and was apologized to. Some of the staff needs cultural sensitivity training....”
“Went to the post office to ship a package and mail some letters. I arrived a little after 11:30 and the line was out the door. It took about 15 minutes before I was served. Maybe 10-10:30 is the golden hour. It would be nice if there was a dedicated parking lot, but I have a feeling the majority of patrons are walk-ups. I appreciate their constant cleanliness, knowledgeable employees, and their constant stock of domestic and international stamps.”
“Ive gone here like 6 times in a span of 3 months to send letters. People are so rude to the staff!! You get entitled people not doing basic research that hold up the line. The staff is EXTREMELY patient and dont take out their frustrations on other customers. Be prepared when you come in so the rest of us dont have to waste our time because of you. I will say.. the only male worker is extremely slow.”
“After trying several zip codes to find a passport appointment, I used OAK Airport's zip code and got what seems to be the only appointment in the bay area for the month of February. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes before and was helped right away by David, he was great, attentive, polite and very helpful. I rarely leave reviews but this location has so many negative ones I had to comment with my experience and help this post office because there was literally nothing to complain about. Thank You for the help David, as a brand new American citizen and applying for my first United States Passport you made it a breeze.”
