“It's my first visit to AT&T corporate office. I usually go to the office on Lone Tree, Antioch. I thought Antioch helped me solve the problem but 2 months after - I found out it's not the case.
Before then I would chat with a Rep on my app. Thought that was resolved then too. But no, it wasn't that's why I went to the Lone Tree office. I thought talking to a person would solve the issue.
I’m only changing banks for my auto pay but it keeps going into my old bank who charges me fees for not having money & AT&T overdraws that account!
Now I’m supposed to wait a couple of months again to see if the right bank gets charged. ?”

He is extremely knowledgeable about all things AT&T particularly with regard to smart phones and is able to quickly resolve billing, line issues, along with answering a ton of what if questions. “Shaz and Eidris took great care of us today! I want to thank you both again for all your help. I made an online appointment and we were seen right away on a Saturday morning. Eidris was very helpful and understanding with the issues that my wife was having with her phone. He really took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue. As the store became busier, Shaz the store manager started to help us while Eidris went to help another customer. Shaz was also very helpful. Our issue seemed complex so he helped us get on the phone with apple to further troubleshoot the issue. As soon as Shaz got a better understanding of our issue he was actually able to resolve it himself very quickly. Turns out att automatically restricted some settings due to my wife traveling internationally. Both of these guys were super helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to help us get our issue resolved. I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever have any issues. I hope these guys stick around because the customer service we received today was exceptional! This is the type of customer service that will make customers want to remain with att.”

“We went to ATandT and Best Buy and then finally here. I was getting estimates on how much to repair my cell phone. Apparently, it was just the screen although Best Buy did leave it open once they diagnose it, it may cost more than the 200. original estimate. AT and T where I bought the iPhone didn't even have techs to fix it. Best Buy was booked for the next two days and had to wait for the Apple tech and not the Geek Squad. So I remembered a place I went to last time in Brentwood's little shopping mall. This place fixed it in 20 minutes! Did it for almost 1/3 of the other estimate. I fixed two phones and looked brand new. They were so great that I bought the covers too to give a small business some business during Covid times where most businesses are struggling I am sure. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars from buying a new iPhone which I was dreading or at least 600.( total estimate from Best Buy for 2 cells)! So I am happy, I paid 1/3 of the Best Buy estimate. It made me a bit nervous going to a small place as opposed to a big box store, but they did a great job! Plus I could observe them fixing it whereas the big box store takes it away to fix and you don't know if info can be compromised! So I liked this much better! Very nice place and friendly staff! Afterwards, I went to check other reviews and was surprised. They did say it was different ownership than before because I mentioned I went there before and they were different people from what I remember. So maybe go by the newer reviews. But also always go by your own gut feeling when you go to a store- I took the chance compared to the other places I went to( mainly because of the price and convenience and that he fixed it in front of me), andI am happy with the outcome!”

“Finally dropped my phone and cracked the screen after a year and a half. Took my baby S23 Ultra 512gig down to Vfix. It was cheaper than any of the others I called, so we gave him a try. The screen was perfect, but the pen didn't completely work. Fully updated phone ? to latest OS and still no pen. Took it back, and within a couple of days, she was fixed perfectly. It was this tiny ribbon cable, which he didn't even charge me for. Now that's customer service. Great job sir. Next, I'm going to buy an authentic hand-made rug.”
