“Mohammad at the Concord Metro store was awesome . He was patient with my elderly father and helped him remember his codes and/ or helped reset some of them. Highly recommend you come in and ask for him.”
“A bit confusing for the older set, but after monkeying around for an hour, I finally got through. Oddly, Google kept saying my phone # and email were 'invalid,' even though I was hooking up from that very phone connected to that same email. Tried about 4 times making sure it wasn't my typing which, admittedly, is not particularly good. After that I tried the 'six year old' approach and just flopped around. One of them worked.

Tonight, I had a technical issue with my phone, and was in the neighborhood, stopped by, and Abraham very quickly helped me out, solved all my problems. Fantastic customer service. “I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”
