Even though I did purchase a phone from him he informed me that the metro pcs (Tmobile) phone that I got as a gift could NOT be activated through him or any Metro store for that matter because they (metro) has a number of phones with serial numbers and they (metro phones bought instores) DO NOT work (not compatible) with Metro stores.”

The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”
