“Had a clog in my garbage disposal which we have only literally used maybe 3 times since we moved in a year ago. Was disposing of some pieces of vegetables when suddenly there was smoke coming from the disposal below the cabinet. Sent in a maintenance request right away. Ryan L. came pretty quickly to take a look. He replaced the disposal and the smoke and smell went away. Thank you Ryan! I appreciate the efficiency and your kind personality and customer service. ???”

“Everyone was incredibly helpful with my move in. I'm in the military and do not always have a lot of time to myself. They stayed back for me to sign documents after they closed. Noel came with me and showed me my apartment and the facilities because I did not have a chance to look at the apartment before moving in. I am very pleased with the place and am happy with where it is located. A great place to live.”

“We have been living in the complex for a few months. Thanks to Ismael for guiding us in the process, it is our first apartment arriving from Mexico to the United States, the place is very nice, our apartment is newly remodeled, Don Nacho is also very accessible to repair anything, everything has gone well for us here, we are very happy, the only minor issue is the detail with the owners of the dogs who are not educated, they take them for a walk in another area other than theirs and they leave their feces on the grass, I have children and I do not allow them to walk on the grass because Unfortunately in any space you can find dog poop, I have seen that it is mostly Mexicans who do that, their actions are very unfortunate, there should be a ban on pets since an apartment is not the right place.”

It’s such a relief to live somewhere that you can truly rely on and trust staff members. We look forward to living here many more years to come.”

“Been here 2 years. Corner unit. I never had any pest problems. Just the occasional roach or spider which is normal. They have a cortesey pest service who will teach you about rental treatment in regards to local pests for the area. They went into detail about daily habits, trash smells etc. The Orkin guy said I live clean, so no problems there. Sad to leave due to relocation to Nevada. Best little apartment I've had to date! My corner unit is private, best view, awesome lighting for my plants. Immediate Fwy access to the 78/college. Good neighbors. My side of A4 we all knew eachother and looked out for one another. I hope the new tenant(s) love my apartment just as much as I have. If I come back to California, I'm returning here. Johnathan and his team are hands down the best in the business.”
