About The Pointe at 2316
The Pointe at 2316 is a quaint, peaceful, and well-maintained complex with a wonderful community. The apartments are super cute, some with private backyards. The leasing office staff is very nice and pleasant, while maintenance goes above and beyond. The lush grounds are meticulously kept. It is dog friendly and has a nice sized pool, clean laundry facilities, and a small fitness room. Parking can be difficult, so a paid spot is recommended. Units lack a/c, but ocean breezes help. Tenants are friendly, and it is a highly recommended happy place to live.

I LOVE working with Shai! The Pointe has been so good to me and I love taking care of their property for them. First trees and now gutters! They’re so honest and respectful and personable. I wish all property management teams treated their vendors as kindly and real people as they do!
Thanks Shai!!
