Javier is the man. I came in after Enterprise canceled on me the last second. Javier did everything he could to help me out and even gave me an upgraded vehicle for my troubles with Enterprise. He saved my trip (which is to get out of state for my cousins funeral). I'll definitely be returning to Avis for all my future... read full comment
