“I have been renting from Budget Truck at their Oceanside Blvd. and Vista locations for years. Never have had a problem. Good selection, good service and friendly people. Yesterday, I hadn't rented in a while and the attendant asked, "have you rented with us before?" and I said sure all the time and when he asked my name, he said, "I recognize the name, we have your drill." I had left my Makita in the truck...two years ago and the owner Dennis tried to contact me, unsuccessfully, but still hung onto it. I got my drill back today. Very impressive, good service and friendly people.Albert F.”

“I travel a lot for work, which means I get to go to a lot of Avis locations across the country. This site is the most pleasant and professional by far. Javier is great and made the whole process easy. Had a free upgrade ready to go for me and there were zero issues the whole time. They made it super easy when I needed to extend the rental by a day, too. Overall, I can't recommend Javier and this location enough. If I'm ever back in the area for work or vacation, I will definitely use this location for a rental if I need one. Thank you again Javier!!”

They've always had my rental ready for me at my reservation time, good quality cars and clean. While I would agree with other reviews that they can seem short staffed at times, all my experiences with customer service agents have been pleasant and efficient. Dropped off my month-long rental this morning (Jan 31st 2023) with no wait time and friendly greeting.”
