“I had the best service this morning with Jose today. I needed a new car battery and O'reilly had exactly what I needed. I called ahead to ensure they were open and had what I needed (the first place I went was closed permantently). Luckily, my car started and my husband suggested I go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Plaza Drive. Once I arrived, Jose went out to my car and verified what I would need and within a couple of minutes the new battery was installed with NO extra charge. I had an appointment to be at 10 miles away and made it there with a minute to spare. Good customer service isn't easy to come by lately, I am grateful for a reliable product, good price, and wonderful customer service! Thank you, Jose!”
