“Update: 6/13/2026 Where do we begin?!?!?! We have been in a few not at fault accidents. We were searching for a local auto body shop that was reputable. We finally had found one shop that works well with our auto insurance company. It was actually recommended aswell by our agent. Let me tell you the amount of pride every employee has at this site is awesome. The take care of your vehicle. Professional and extremely respectful. Not one person we came across this facility was in a bad mood. All were friendly. We had the pleasure to work with Keith and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. What I love about our experiences is that they made us feel taken care of. Great communication and extremely reasonable. Even though it was paid by our insurance. They give you every modification and repair in its breakdown. Now moving forward we will only use this location. We had our vehicle vandalized and keyed. We ended up taking our car to a paint shop in Escondido and the bill was 10k. The paint and clear was herendous. Fix Auto did such a better job than the other location that we wish we would have gone here for that time. Thank you Keith for taking really good care of us and our vehicle. Your expertise and attention to detail is remarkable. Thank you thank you and thank you! Kudos to all the ladies and gentleman's in and outside the office. Oh and the coffee in the office is really good! Please give the entire team and Keith kudos.”

“My experience with caliber collision was wonderful. Rosie kept full communication with me ongoing to let me know the status of my car. She even went above and beyond and ordered me a new battery from AutoZone as my battery had died while it was in their possession and allowed me to pay for it upon pick up. Lastly, I did not have to take my rental car back to enterprise, and then get a ride to caliber collision as they returned the rental for me. I highly recommend them for all services needed on your vehicles.”

“Had a stuck diesel particulate sensor that I couldn’t get out, and was basically welded into its bung. Thought the nut was beyond mangled, so brought a new bung to Warner’s to have them weld it in since the other was a lost cause. They were able to get the old dead sensor out easily and even installed the new one quickly. 5/5 experience!”

They'll either order your parts to this location or give you the option to drive to their main hub in Vista. You can always call in advance to do a stock check and save yourself a trip. Staff is very friendly and they're always looking to assist customers.”

“So my son's 01 golf by this time most of the engine parts are brittle which are plastic therefore I was doing something and broke two of the connectors how do you think anybody would have them but Wesley over at the Oceanside store took extra good care of me and found those for me right away I was blown away first I didn't think Napa would carry parts for an import, Wesley's been there for quite a while he remembers some old-school partners I used to work with carmen, other people I'm sure but I will definitely keep coming back Wesley knows what he's doing for sure good job Wesley! Jackie helped me in the front office and even got there a little early for me so I could get to work on time. She went above and beyond. She kept me posted with the repair costs and was finished within the time frame she told me.

“I smashed a classic. A 93 Rx7. I banged up the fender, bumper, hood, and door. I also had some damage to the apron/core support.
I had nowhere to turn, I wasn't going to attempt to take it to a fly by night place. I also knew that nobody wanted to touch this thing, especially with how old it is. I showed up with my tail between my legs and asked what are the chances they wanted to work on it. Originally they didn't, mainly because of parts. Also it helps not to be a dick or entitled, they don't owe you anything. I had connections to parts, and after a decent and easy conversation they were on board. This is not a typical scenario, I knew it was going to take time, I knew some parts may not be found. I doubt they will take yours because it is a risk, they want perfection from their results. But oh man they delivered.
I stopped by every day to give some pointers and we assured each other that things were going to be okay. Ted and the crew are very chill and HIGHLY communicative. I could not be happier with the results. If they can fix an FD, they will absolutely make your newer car right. I think I found the best body shop this side of California and recommend them to everyone.
