No one knows what they are doing even the manager that I spoke with today they need people that know how to do their job they have no business helping anyone I went to the bank in vista and they where able to help with no problem or hassle I hope they get better training

This place closes so early. Ppl get off work and they closed already. Need to be open more late if they want some business. We just made the choice to close our account here their way of banking sucks

Wouldn't cash my check they couldn't tell me why. I hope this wasn't banking while black. Nobody in bank on a Friday everyone knows but me. Now I do don't go here the commercials are good the bank don't stand up to that. Might as well shut down and build a 711 they got what you need.
