I had a horrible experience with customer service over the phone. I went into the branch and got service from christela Garcia and I had the most amazing experience. It's a shame they're closing most of these branches because the phone service for Chase is terrible compared to the in-person experience

This has been a bank for decades. Whoever owned it has changed hands. I usually just do the walk up atm or drive up atm. I haven't had any problems with those. I just wish the drive up gave things besides 20s

Okay so I called in with a problem and spoke with Madison!She was amazing and is still helping me work out things. Just wanted to say she deserves a raise because she followed up and made sure all my needs were met. Happy with the service! Thank you again Madi!
