There is always a 30 min wait. They are understaffed and can’t seem to be able to figure out how to sync the prescriptions to refill at the same time. The lines are long and they don’t answer the phone!

I admit that when frustrated, I am not the easiest customer to deal with.Looking for Covid tests is frustrating. Fortunately, most drug stores are at least putting up signs on the door, telling people that they're out, so we don't have to go in, wander about, find an employee, get sent to another employee, only to be finally told that they haven't had any for days.(Of course, with a sign on the door, there's little chance that I will make any impulse purchases, so, there's that.)My breaking point was when it turned out that those impulse purchases rang up much higher than the signed price, even though there was nothing indicating that a card or membership was required.Some MBA in a corporate office made these policies, knowing that nobody wants to simply walk away from the checkout because of them, so they might make an extra few bucks today.Well, almost nobody. When it's done to me, I tend to drop stuff and walk out, loudly complaining.This was my first dealing with CVS, as I didn't live near one in the past, and while I will never enter this store again, I may, if no other options are available, try some other CVS, as this one has other reviews complaining about rude service as well.

I've been coming here monthly because of work, and every single time the bathroom seems to be less cleaned whenever I go.This morning (15 minutes after opening) there was dry piss all over the toilet seat, the last couple of times there have been no toilet seat covers either. And for the past 3-4 months the same poo-stains have been on the wall above the toilet paper. And the door looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months as well. Even with Covid-19 being a thing, gas stations have better cleaned and maintained bathrooms. I still go here because I don't know of any other open restrooms because of Covid.

Been using the pharmacy for a few years, never had issues. Derek is the coolest cashier ever, always makes my day when I check out with him.

The worst pharmacy ever they never answer the phone when I call and when I walk in they have a long line and still have to wait for medicine. I walked in today to pick up a refill and they didn't have it ready they told me to wait 30 minutes and I did after 30 minutes I asked and told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes because the first girl had told me 30 minutes because she was going to lunch. I would not recommend getting ur prescription here

Half the employees are helpful and polite. Juan, Darianna, and Christopher have all been very helpful each time I go into this location. They connect with the customers and always have positive attitudes. In one of my particular shopping trip, Juan took the time to make sure I got all my coupons scanned through correctly even though he had a long line, he wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and even apologized to the other customers for the wait and thanked the customers behind me for being patient. Kudos to Juan for being professional and handling the situation gracefully. If I had been the waiting customer in line, how could I be upset? He acknowledged that he sees me, and lets me know he will be with me as soon as he finish assisting another customer. Perfect. The other half think their rude thoughts out loud. Including the Manager, Tim. I'm sure I'm not the first customer he was rude to, and I probably won't be the last. District manager should reconsider who he leaves in charge when he is not around. Store is clean but sometimes sale items are out of stock. I think the entire store could benefit from having more training on giving exceptional customer service to each and every customer.

There return policy is the worse !!!even with RECEIPT, Makesure if you use your card to bring the same card with you, or they will try to give you less $ than a full refund if items are on sale. The morning manager not the friendliest either. I think cashier and manager were both having bad day. This was the first time returning an item with receipt. What attitude from both cashier and manager .

The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They are always behind. I had to call them 4 hours after my doc called in an important needed medication and the pharmacist said we get 400 to 500 a day. I them said I had pneumonia and needed that medication. She said do you want me to expedite and I said YES! They just needed to slap a label on a box, no counting meds. Then the drive through was closed so I got to spread my pneumonia all over the store and waited in line behind 7 people with 8 behind me!

This is truly the BEST CVS. Great location for picking up your convenience items in the evening. The evening cashiers really make it a pleasant experience. The staff always ensure I receive the book of coupons before I leave. It truly feelings like a personal experience.
