In the pharmacy, customers report polite and efficient service, with prescriptions often ready or explained why not. However, some locations experience long lines due to not enough employees. Despite being busy, pharmacists and their assistants strive to provide great service, even resolving insurance issues. Customers appreciate the wide selection of diverse products available at CVS and the overall "Caring, Value, and Service" they experience.
Employees are great but overworked. Incredibly long wait times. One pharmacist is operating three separate checkout lines during peak hours. This seems like a really poor business practice. If you value your time I would suggest getting prescriptions filled elsewhere.

The CVS reps were so nice & friendly & they helped me a lot. I also got to use my coupons & saved money. Yay! I love CVS! ♥️
