Metro by T-Mobile offers outstanding customer service. Customers say staff didn’t rush them to sell any phone and went the extra mile to get them going with all the accessories. Many visitors describe the experience as wonderful and say everyone is so nice. Staff treat customers like a queen and help them. The store advertises free phones and has a large amount available for free. Customers can get a 5G Moto plus with a senior discount, and an associate helps set up the phone. Customers pay an activation fee and leave with the phone and stylus. The manager and associate are great and professional, and many customers would recommend Metro to friends and family.
