Amenities are first rate, featuring a rooftop pool and hot tub, a complimentary breakfast described as okay, and a large market in the lobby area.
The staff receives high praise for top-tier hospitality, though some reviews note it can be hit and miss. A significant drawback is the parking, which is considered ridiculously overpriced. Some rooms face noise from a nearby roller coaster and views can be blocked by a large building. Occasional maintenance issues, like a broken elevator, have been reported. The location is also noted as safe. Overall, it provides a decent experience, though some feel offerings have diminished and prices are high.

Front desk staff, breakfast staff, house keeping staff, and Terrace rooftop bartender, were all very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is live music on the roof Terrace on the weekends. Dancing and a bar.
