This is the best UPS store I've dealt with. The owner seems to really care about his store and his employees. The employees are always so happy, nice and friendly too.

Alan goes above and beyond for his customers. Exceptional service and professionalism. Although not even working, Alan took 10 minutes to personally help my family instead of having us wait.
