A package was unable to be delivered because of a typo in the address. When I called, they let me update the address and assured me it would be redelivered the next day. It has been almost a whole month and the package just got delivered to the original sender, not even to me. Not super helpful.

A wonderful USPS office that is staffed by some of the friendliest and most helpful postal employees I’ve ever encountered. Michelle and Amber are truly fantastic and competent professionals who always brighten my day whenever I have to pick up packages.
