“I absolutely adore this shop! It’s my go-to place for both my own supply of CBD and my fur babies. I stumbled upon it while searching for a reliable source of CBD for my elderly dog. Rachel, the owner, was so welcoming and kind, and so incredibly knowledgeable. She recommended a product that I know significantly extended my dog’s life. I also purchased a great product she recommended to help with my insomnia, and I've never slept better in my life! She focuses a lot on supporting small businesses and really tries to support her local community, which I am a huge fan of! She even offered me a free cup of tea, the best! “I just left a few minutes ago, but I didn’t want to wait to write this review. This store is AMAZING! I’ve never felt so comfortable and immediately trusting that the staff knew their stuff 100/100.
I forgot to get his name but the guy working April 6th at approximately 10:45am, was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. He was great with my 2 year old son, who, inevitably wanted to run around and made sure I wasn’t rushed, that he answered all questions honestly and with great detail and even threw in some freebies.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular spot, but I can say with certainty, whenever I’m out here visiting friends or on a day surf trip, I’ll always make an excuse to drop by, if nothing else just to talk shop.

“They always sell great products and you can ask them to price match other retailers (ie Walmart, target, Amazon, etc) that way you can earn gnc rewards points and still pay the same price Walmart has items available for. Kudos to vida and the rest of the crew for always offering great pre and post workout products”

Stephen was extremely helpful and answered all my questions as a person who knows nothing about supplements and workout powders.
Explained the benefits and offered samples before purchasing. The inbody scan provides insight to the start of your body BMI and muscle to fat analysis to start your weight loss journey or if you just want to know your body composition.
