I had an appointment to change something on my account. Aurelio helped me. He greeted me with a smile and answered all the questions I had.. He also called me to make sure I got my new card and to ask if I needed anything else. Keep up the good work. Thank you Aurelio. I highly recommend this branch.

Trying to take put a business CD. Spent 1hr and 30 minutes and walked away with no CD. Totally inept representative. Will take our money out as soon as possible.
