“The owner Rudy helped me with a problem that was not his responsibility, his involvement in the matter was flawless. His work was top notch. The problem was a DMV issue from way back in 2019. I reached out to Rudy for help on some documentation of work on my vehicle. I was amazed that after five full years , Rudy was able to retrieve everything that I needed and that allowed me to provide the DMV the proof that I was in compliance with the so called violation. “Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”

He said he can't by they rules, but from the other way its gonna be very sad when place like game stop will need armed security. “Not sure about the other reviews why they are all bad but at this store one time in particular stands out i remember getting a big gulp & split my drink on the counter as soon as i did the guy behind the counter came over right away with a rag i offered to clean up he said “no sir” & proceeded to clean if up & allow me to fix myself a new drink. Only charged me for the one even though I spilt my other very kind & thoughtful. Wish i remembered his name this was about 2 months ago so i have forgotten.”
