“Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I walked into Metro, but this young guy (I think his name was Krishesh or something like that?) completely changed my experience. He was super helpful and explained everything clearly without rushing or trying to upsell me like others have in the past.
He helped me get a tablet for my daughter — I later found out the same one is over $200 elsewhere, but he gave me a great deal and broke it all down for me. Super respectful and professional, which I haven’t experienced with some of the older employees before.
Big shoutout to Metro for having people like him on the team. If more employees were like this, customer service everywhere would be top-tier. He was so kind and innocent dont let the world ruin him metro.”

I appreciate this employees kindness very much. I have had various issues before and been met with rudeness and annoyance at other places.”
