She was extremely helpful, kind, very patient bcuz I got there like 30mins before they closed 😬😬 I loved that she spoke Spanish because a family came in and she was helping them as well. (It's a plus when customer service people speak Spanish) She helped me switch over with ease and very polite throughout the whole process.

“I just moved to the area and into my home, I was searching for a trustworthy and great company to help me with installing surround sound speakers. I have Sonos One speakers in certain rooms and loved the crisp and clear sound they offer so I was looking for the same but for ceiling speakers specifically in the great room where my main TV is at. While on Sonos' website, they had PS Audio Video Solutions, so I decided to give them a call and by that I made the right decision! It's very difficult to find honest, reliable great quality people but Paul, Delia, Ron and Abram have all of those qualities and more! It is very difficult to meet my standards let alone exceed them but they did. Paul the owner came over so that I could explain what I wanted to have done and the next day I had a written quote emailed to me. I called them to schedule the work and from that day, my family and I are enjoying our surround sound in our new home! I will continue to call Paul and only work with his company & friendly staff! I will also refer them to my friends, family and clients. 5 star top notch company!”

“Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”

“Overall id have to recommend this place above any other place in town. Great staff, fair pricing, installed a brand new stereo system in my car and they did an amazing job. The sound quality is better then I expected. Honestly the overall experience was professional, very personalized and not just trying to sale me a bunch of expensive equipment I don't need. They took the time to explain everything and give me options to choose from which I appreciate. You don't get that kind of service very often anymore so I thought it worth mentioning. They also offer financing so if you're looking for a stereo, or any new tec accessories for your car I would Go check them out.”

“I recently stopped by this store and was helped by Jorge porting 6 phone lines and 2 watch lines from another carrier. Jorge broke the plan and overall price down throughly, and also made me aware off all the promotions active at the time. They paid off two of my existing contracts with my existing carrier (about $700) and also waived 6 out of my 8 activation fees because of the active promotions. I also decided to give T-Mobile's home internet a try as well since I'm in the process of cancelling my current provider for that as well. At the conclusion of the visit, I left with two new phones and the SIM cards for the other devices ready to go once they were inserted into the phones.So far the service has been great. Each place I've been I've gotten at least two bars with the ultra connectivity, aside from parts of Rosedale Hwy but from my experience all carrier service sucks on that road in parts. Plus, all their plan prices are INCLUDING taxes so what the price says is what you pay.I am been pleasantly surprised with the home internet. I have ran multiple speed tests and the download speeds have consistently been between 300mbps and up to 580mbps which is plenty for what we use it for and for less than the other competitors in town.My service and experience with T-Mobile is off to a fantastic start and I'm optimistic it's going to continue. And another special thanks to Jorge for listening and helping me in any and every way with my port transfer!”
