“The owner Rudy helped me with a problem that was not his responsibility, his involvement in the matter was flawless. His work was top notch. The problem was a DMV issue from way back in 2019. I reached out to Rudy for help on some documentation of work on my vehicle. “Great service! Had been a few years since I last used the South Union Avenue location, but it doesn't seem to have changed. Park your car, the service person comes out (Andrew in this case) with a rolling tool cart & checks the battery and/or charging system. Was advised my 6+ year old battery had a dead cell in it; consequently, it wasn't holding a charge. Andrew stated the batteries available for my vehicle as well as their price and warranty. After answering a few questions, he removed the old battery, carried it inside, carried the new battery out and installed it. Total time 15-20 minutes maximum. No wasted time, no sales pressure, simple, and friendly. A complete pleasure doing business with.”

“I just moved to the area and into my home, I was searching for a trustworthy and great company to help me with installing surround sound speakers. I have Sonos One speakers in certain rooms and loved the crisp and clear sound they offer so I was looking for the same but for ceiling speakers specifically in the great room where my main TV is at. While on Sonos' website, they had PS Audio Video Solutions, so I decided to give them a call and by that I made the right decision! It's very difficult to find honest, reliable great quality people but Paul, Delia, Ron and Abram have all of those qualities and more! It is very difficult to meet my standards let alone exceed them but they did. Paul the owner came over so that I could explain what I wanted to have done and the next day I had a written quote emailed to me. I called them to schedule the work and from that day, my family and I are enjoying our surround sound in our new home! I will continue to call Paul and only work with his company & friendly staff! I will also refer them to my friends, family and clients. 5 star top notch company!”
