Sam & Raquel took a great deal of time to help me through a series of non-linear problems with my cell phone plan, and they got me all set up in under 5 minutes. I can't appreciate them enough, and thank goodness there is a business like this in Ojai - which has so few avenues for utility or cellular support. They even have super helpful appliances like chargers and electronics you can't find for at least 20 miles. I appreciated my experience here very much and if you visit this shop, you will also find a super cute little pug there :) Great folks!”

“This store is little and quiet, it’s never too busy and even when it is the people inside try their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. They’re kind and helped me when my phone was broken and I needed to get it replaced. They’re kind went through every step of the process with me and walked my through filing a claim. They also sold me internet when I needed it”
