“Recently I engaged with the Pacific View Mall Ventura store. I observed the manager, Fernando, working with a challenging customer. He worked with this woman to resolve her issues. He was very informative to her and made sure she had all information she needed. He was very respectful to her throughout his interactions. He appeared to make her feel heard and validated. After witnessing his interactions, He is an asset to this business and is the reason I returned to the same store currently and will continue to return in the future!”

“Ernesto was very helpful and professional. He helped me customize my plan for my needs, assisted with selecting the right phone, and he even discovered and eliminated unnecessary extra charges that i mistakenly had on my account! The store itself was very modern, clean, and easily accessible. Poliite, courteous, helpful, and fun, I would like to highly recommend Ernesto and this Boost location for your future in-store phone needs.”

“I had originally went to esplanade location for help dealing with my phone. What should've been an easy fix ended up taking 2 days to resolve. And Evelyn from this location (Ventura mall) was the one to help me. She had great customer service and was very efficient. Went above and beyond! Felt lucky to have taken the chance to stop by here. Go in and ask for her. She should get a raise ?”

“Nondi, Zei, and Mike were all extremely helpful when I showed up with a smashed up phone and another I needed to activate. They made everything super easy and stress free! I was also let in on the trade in offer they had going on for the 14 pro and since I was tired of it they were able to set me up with the new 17 pro for a great price!!!! 🤙🏼 it’s been about a day and it’s the best phone I’ve had yet. Luckily all my passwords from the cloud transferred over easily so I have all my banking and tv apps! I’ve broken a many of phones in my time hence the insurance and this was by far the best experience setting it up.”
