“I had originally went to esplanade location for help dealing with my phone. What should've been an easy fix ended up taking 2 days to resolve. And Evelyn from this location (Ventura mall) was the one to help me. She had great customer service and was very efficient. Went above and beyond! Felt lucky to have taken the chance to stop by here. “Nondi, Zei, and Mike were all extremely helpful when I showed up with a smashed up phone and another I needed to activate. They made everything super easy and stress free! I was also let in on the trade in offer they had going on for the 14 pro and since I was tired of it they were able to set me up with the new 17 pro for a great price!!!! 🤙🏼 it’s been about a day and it’s the best phone I’ve had yet. Luckily all my passwords from the cloud transferred over easily so I have all my banking and tv apps! I’ve broken a many of phones in my time hence the insurance and this was by far the best experience setting it up.”
