“Luis, the owner of the Wells St. location in Ventura, is fabulous. I called the store because I was getting unsatisfactory help and long waiting times calling customer service. It has gotten particularly bad since Boost upgraded and is still in the process of migrating customers. Anyhow, when I called nobody picked up right away. It's Friday evening rush hour, apparently they were busy,however, I got a call back from the owner,Luis, a few minutes later, which was unexpected. I purchased my phone online and have never set foot in his store, yet Luis was still helpful in answering the questions that "they" were unable to resolve when I called customer service.Each of these stores are independently run, it's competitive out there, and Luis did a great job resolving my issue professionally, well-informed of the current changes in the company, and with kindness and patience, which in turn reflects well on him as a business owner and Boost Mobile. He had a "we are here to help" attitude.This is what wins new and return customers! Thanks again,Luis. You "get it" how much customers rely on their cellphones?”

“I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS GOING INTO THE STORE AFTER REDING A FEW OF THE PAST REVIEWS. BUT WITH THEIR 5G DEAL FOR $25 P/M PLUS A FREE PHONE WAS TOO GOOD TO PASS UP. WITH THE HELP OF JACKIE I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A CELL COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPEXTED. “I came to this store to switch my phone service from Consumer Cellular because consumer Cellular is changing from T-Mobile to AT&T. I spent several hours at different times attempting to make the change. I gave up trying and decided to move my service to T-Mobile. The store manager Karen spent two hours patiently, skillfully and successfully solving the problem. Thank you!”

“Stopped in here to grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich. It was a very quick visit so this review will be short and to the point. There wasn't anyone in line so i was able to walk right up to the counter and order. The ladies behind the counter were superb! They were so friendly and fast. I was in and out in 5 mins. I got the mocha cookie crumble frappe and a bacon breakfast sandwich. They were even nice enough to make sure my bacon was crispy. Great experience!”
