It’s a Saturday, and they’re chronically understaffed and consequently swimming in packages. She went above and beyond by taking down my phone number and calling me hours later after finding our parcel. Kristin saved the day by getting us the needed supplies for our construction project. So grateful.”

“Though I had trouble getting a hold of this branch over the phone, they explained in person issues they are having and that they have a plan and are working on it.I did not deal with management or a supervisor, I dealt with a front desk clerk. They get four stars because I witnessed this clerk at the front be consistently kind and helpful even when dealing with aggravated customers. Kind and patient customer service go a long way.I do hope they can overcome the real challenges that others are reporting though so that people can see what a wonderful team they have here.”
