7-Eleven has excellent customer service. The staff are always polite, kind, and helpful. They assist customers with a smile, even when machines are out of service. Employees go above and beyond, helping with issues and showing appreciation for customers. The store also offers cheap gas prices, such as $6.05 for unleaded, compared to other gas stations. Overall, 7-Eleven provides a positive experience with its friendly and professional staff.
I paid using Mobile Checkout on the 7-Eleven app, but the employee didn’t know what Mobile Checkout was and didn’t believe that I had already paid. Then he flat-out told me not to use Mobile Checkout again. That’s the first time I’ve heard of a company telling customers NOT to use its own app!

accidentally left my debit card and within 30min they were charging my card and at the nearest tjmaxx , i asked for manager and they acted they didnt know what i was talking about but imma make a police report and want to see video
