“I can't say enough about how good the customer service was when contacting Antop! I recently put a metal roof on my house which caused my TV antenna to stop working. I sent the company an email with a couple of my questions and got an immediate reply. The Antop agent located (approximate) my house from my phone number and told me how to aim the antenna and how far the transmission towers are from me.During our correspondence the agent sent me two more very comprehensive emails. I now can clearly pick up 109 TV stations.A great company with a great product!”

“I had an excellent experience at the T-Mobile location on 4th and Vineyard in Ontario. I originally came in to add a line for my son, but after working with Lily, I ended up moving my entire AT&T account over to T-Mobile—and I’m so glad I did.
Lily was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the terms and options without any pressure. She made sure I understood everything and answered every question thoroughly. From the moment we arrived, the representative who took our name was upfront and candid about the long wait time, which I really appreciated. Even with the wait, the service was absolutely worth it.
Andrew, the manager, was also fantastic. He helped transition a total of three lines and assisted with the data transfer, which can be a long and tedious process. He stayed engaged, supportive, and made sure everything was completed smoothly.

“My husband is an over the road truck driver who needs to have his cellphone at all times especially to make his money. His phone stopped working and he went into this T-Mobile store and the Sales/Customer service representative Maritza went beyond to assist him and make sure he left with a working phone. “I was recently given an iPhone and had to transfer over all my information from my android. I came on my lunch break thinking I could get it done quickly. Wrong. I decided to leave my phone there while it updated and pick it after work. I came around 8:30 and was greeted by Jackie. She retrieved my phone from the back and gave me the bad news. Nothing had transferred over. She suggested I try an app and do it on my own. I told her the sad truth. I am not a tech savvy person. So naturally she offered her help. Cut to about 40 minutes later(it's after closing now) and this very kind, very patient young woman is STILL trying to transfer my stuff over. At this point, I had resigned myself to thinking it was a lost cause. And then, just when I had lost all hope, I hear Jackie say, "Man, I impress myself sometimes." She f****** did it! As I mentioned before, I am not a tech savvy person, so I have no clue what she did or how she did it, but boy oh boy, was I grateful. Between her knowledge, determination, and positive attitude Jackie made this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Thank you Jackie!”

“Gas station is very close to the rental car facility.Sometimes, credit card doesn’t work on the fuel pump and you need to go inside to pay.This is a good place to stop for gas before returning your rental cars at Ontario airport.It’s a few minutes drive from the 10 and 60 freeways.”

“Lucia is a superstar! I came here on Feb. 4th to get a new phone and to transfer all my data and Lucia was so incredibly sweet and patient with me. She was wonderful, even after I changed my mind several times! She had an amazing sense of humor and never seemed annoyed or hurried. She also was amazing to my 3 young kids who had to sit and wait for a long time while their mom shopped for a phone. She talked to my daughter about her ballet class, engaged the kids in conversation and made the whole experience great. I am so accustomed to poor customer service these days, that when I receive service this good, I am compelled to share my experience. Will definitely be back!”

“Ive lived here in Ontario for about 3 years 1/2. This 7-Eleven is down the street from me, D st, and I usually walk by it to go to the gym. I always have my friends going there if I throw a party, and sometimes I order from using DoorDash. I don't understand why it has such a bad rating because there's nothing wrong with this location. They're always so nice to everyone and it has been getting busy. Its a hidden gem, but somehow people are finding out more about it. Lol what I do wish is that they had liquor in this one but I don't know if that's just a city rule preventing it, because I know the one in Chino has liquor. Other than that they always have everything I need or what my friends need beer, seltzer, wine, blunt wraps, cigs, phone charger, scratchers , APPLE PAY. Etc”

“Spoke with a salesman. I needed a generator no taller than han 20 inches to fit in my pick up bed and be under the camper cover. I bought the Duramax generator and it fits perfectly. It also starts first try. Thank you so much. I received it within a week of ordering it. Very satisfied.”
