Adidas seemingly misleads customers about expected delivery of online orders to stores. When I complained, the Adidas representative indicated it took 4 days to process the order. Okay, then it is misleading to estimate 2 days for delivery to the store. Then I was told that delivery could take 10 more days. The store delivery of online order process is frustrating. Adidas gives the impression that it is comparable to commercial home shipping (time wise). There is no accountability. Tracking is non-existent. The only recourse is to wait to be contacted by seemingly careless employees. Lastly, on top of the possible 15-day waiting period, I cannot cancel the order until it arrives at the sore, the seemingly careless employees decide to email me, and a sufficient waiting period passes.

It was a great Veteran's day sale!! Cashier was kinda rude but the prices were worth it. Other workers in the store were nice and helpful.

Clean and organized. Good discount on top of already marked down prices. Service wasn't super friendly, but didn't really need any help.

Bad customer service, we were going to buy to pairs of shoes but because of the bad employee attitude we left the store without buying anything. Loud music doesn’t help either.

Beware of the Adidas store register system and horrible customer service. I gave 5 items to the cashier and when I got home I realized they did not charge for my 5th item (cap) and instead was charged for shoes that a person on the next register bought, this resulted in overcharge of over $36. What was worse is that the assistant manager Evan would not fix the issue over the phone the next day after watching the video and confirming the store error so I had to drive 30 miles each way to get the purchase corrected and the asst manager would not even give some reasonable discount for the huge inconvenience. If store makes an error, don't expect the store management to care about the inconvenience they cause you.

I ordered a pair of edge lux shoes may 4, 2023 from the adidas app. They ripped the next day. I sent them back for a refund two and a half months later I’m still waiting. I have notified visa and RBC and they said this not acceptable. Adidas online doesn’t care. They have owed me over 80.00 now for two months. I’m a frequent customer and will never ever buy from them again.They do not care about their customers. They now charged my visa an additional 44.63 without my authorization. I’m working with the BBB and visa to have this resolved. Do not order from them and if you have in the past make sure their not charging your credit card without your authorization

I like to this adidas outlet store for the discounts on the shoes. The clothing, not really, is the citadel outlet, which has more variety on the clothing styles.

Analyze the line items for which you are being charged before paying for your purchase. I should've been charged for 2 backpacks, 1 lunch bag and 1 pack of socks; instead, I was charged for 1 backpack, 1 pair of shoes, 1 lunch bag and 1 pack of socks. How on earth did the checker mysteriously charge me for a pair of shoes? The checker placed my receipt in the bag, and I neglected to analyze the line items before returning home. Now I have to inconvenience myself and drive back to the store, as their policy requires that I must be present in order to receive credit. I will definitely address this matter with the store manager tomorrow. I expect camera footage obtained at the check stand will be available to validate the dynamic that occurred. Naturally, the shoes are more than double the cost of the backpack.

Can’t rate it because it didn’t warrant standing in line to enter the store. There was no special event and other stores had no such restriction.

Came to the outlet with a friend who was looking for some items. I don't normally shop at Adidas, but decided to look for some shorts since they were having a 40% off sale. I found a pair of shorts that I liked and noticed their sticker price was $40. As I searched for another pair, it didn't have the sticker and the original price said $30. I mentioned it to the lady ringing me up, but she still charged me $40. I got home and ripped off their price sticker and underneath was the original $30 price tag. Be aware that the store is charging more for their items so you're really not getting a good deal.
