Poor customer service! Terrible customer service! No quality vans! Worst of all they overpromise and under-deliver! Couldn't be a worse experience with a rental van company. They treat you like you are in one of the third-world countries.

The van that we rented smelled horrible, like old cigarette smoke. I returned the van during business hours, but no one was at the desk so I left the key and was charged for an extra day. Customer service was terrible in trying to get a refund for the extra day. I still haven't received that

Don’t use this company. Worst customer service ever. Would never return my calls. Just DO NOT do it. Go with a reputable company with creditable customer service. Read other reviews also.
