Hotel d’Lins Ontario Airport offers clean and comfortable rooms, including spacious two-room suites with queen beds, a small living area, and a kitchenette. Some rooms even feature jets in the tub. The beds are comfortable, and the interiors are generally found to be very clean. The lobby is nice, though it currently lacks vending machines or an open restaurant due to a pending bar license. The staff is frequently described as very kind, friendly, and helpful, responding quickly to maintenance issues like problems with the TV or air conditioner. However, some guests reported issues with room heaters not working and occasional difficulties with the air conditioning system. A significant drawback is the lack of an airport shuttle, requiring a rideshare service to reach the airport. Some guests also mentioned confusion over shuttle service promises. The hotel's exterior is noted as basic, and its location has limited walkability, with a nearby gas station that houses a popular chicken restaurant being a highlight. Finding specific room numbers can be difficult, and ongoing construction is visible. While the booking system can sometimes show confusing date and price changes, many guests state they would stay again, considering it a good option for a weekend or overnight stay near the airport, Ontario Mills, the convention center, or concerts.

No airport shuttle is my biggest gripe. Everything else was awesome. Hotel room even had jets in the tub. $10-14 lyft to the airport one way. Reservation agent lied about 24 hr shuttle service but the hotel still gave me an upgraded room for My troubles. Would stay again. Staff members were very kind and very pretty ?
