About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews from customers. While some locations and experiences are criticized, the Ontario location is specifically praised for excellent customer service. Reviews note that employees at this location are nice, helpful, and proactive, even resolving car issues in the parking lot to save customers time. One reviewer highlighted an act of exceptional care where staff located and refrigerated vital medication left in a returned car.
However, other experiences mention inconsistencies. Some customers report vehicles with high mileage, minor damage, or expired registration tabs, which causes stress. Wait times can be long even for members of the fast service program, and staff at other locations are sometimes described as unfriendly and unhelpful.
Despite these criticisms, many customers express strong loyalty due to positive interactions with great staff and good prices, stating they will continue to rent from Budget.

Manny made my day. Had my car and spot ready, walked me out there, gave me a great overview of the area (I'm here on business), and his passion for the business and area is very helpful.

Easy online reservation process. Easy find to FastBreak location. Outstanding Customer Service skills demonstrated by Franco. He walked me to the Jeep selected for me. Franco gave informative information and answered all of my questions and concerns. Franco should be commended!
