“Member Service Representative, Cece at the Ontario, CA branch definitely earned her five-stars. We visited on Halloween Tuesday, 2023. The office was decorated, as well many employees were in festive costumes. We had what turned out to be somewhat confusing and rather tricky documents that needed to be notarized. Our transaction wasn't initially smooth sailing. We indeed had fits and starts. With Cece's calm and professional demeanor from start to finish, we understood our documents to an even greater extent, signed, dated and had our signatures notarized. The Ontario, CA branch is not our home office. Many kudos to Cece and her manager for their diligence and insistence upon fully understanding our documents before proceeding with the notarization duties.
