Beautiful room...marred by the Roaches that come out at night. Unacceptable on any level.

Rooms are old. Seemed cleaned and we saw housekeeping working diligently. Used thru the Dayuse app and the room wasn't ready for the time that was reserved. Hade to wait over hr and half. Sketchy people as guests.
