Jiffy Lube in Ontario, CA is a trusted place for routine automotive maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, windshield wiper services, and fleet care. The staff is generally quick and efficient, providing good value and helpful service. Customers appreciate the friendly team members who guide inexperienced drivers patiently, explaining procedures and helping them feel comfortable. One customer shared that their coolant was low, and the team promptly filled it up at a fair price. Another praised the team for completing a ride share inspection efficiently. However, some reviews mention areas for improvement, such as communication. For instance, one customer noted that staff did not mention wiper-blades when asked about additional services, and another pointed out that some staff members talk too much and can be loud. Overall, Jiffy Lube offers reliable, no-appointment-needed service to keep vehicles running smoothly. Stopped by to get some help on our car. I didn't get their names but the lady and man working around 5:30pm were great! They helped us quickly fix our skid plate. This is why we always choose jiffy lube! Thank you so much!
