I love Lovisa. It has never disappointed me. Today was the first time I had gotten a piercing there. Tima was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. She even gave my cousin her second piercing. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The piercings barely hurt! A+ as usual.

Amazing I took my daughter to get her first ear pierced. Every one was so nice the lady that did my daughter's ear pierce was so nice and helped us. I don't know why everyone does not like it. But if you do go make sure to get your ear pierced with Nora.She is so kind and patient. She did an amazing job.
