I've been with Shield Medical Supply for a few years now and from the friendly and courteous Front Desk Service to their Customer Service and Wound Care Department A1gents (just be prepared, they are a big company and have many other departments.), it can be confusing the first couple times you call. But stick with them it will be worth it in the long run.

Trust me people you will be glad you stayed with them. They will go the last mile to assist their clients.
I have had more than a few times when we have had to call my Wound Care Agent and when they answered; first, they were kind and courteous, second, they asked what happened and what can they do to help me. I told them I am out if this is or that, thirdly, they helped me with my problem; even though I was cheduled for my supplies like a week later.

I know there are other wound care supplies out there, but this company is local and they REALLY are looking out for US.

So yeah I know it's just this one lady's opinion but I've always told myself if they treat me good I'd treat them good and if leaving my opinion with some stars on a website is my way of treating them the way they treat me so be it.

Again this is just one woman who is diabetic, on dialysis and an amputee; but some way or another always finds her way with an infection or a deep wound or gangrene in this case on her heel in her only left remaining leg (and I do mean left leg, really people it's me left heel, lol).
